Strictly stone-ground organic flour, water and mother yeast. Bread made as it once was follows the rhythms of tradition. Every day we prepare a wide variety of doughs to meet the taste of all our customers.

  • Princi bread
    This bread represents the heart of Princi’s artisanal know-how. Stone-ground organic wheat flour, water, mother yeast, salt. Endless possibilities for gastronomic pairings in a 1 kg loaf.
  • Fig and walnut “ciambella” bread
    Thin crust, dough made with organic wheat flour and semolina flour, sun-dried figs and Salento walnuts. Perfect with cheeses: the contrast between sweet and savory enhances all flavors.
  • Chocolate bread
    Flour, water, dark chocolate chips: simple things taste best. A real treat for those who love sweet flavors. It goes well with a good espresso or as a delicious snack.
  • Multigrain bread
    A bread with an unmistakable flavor. Nutritious and digestible. A mix of barley flour, wheat flour, rye flour, buckwheat flour combined with sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds and millet.
  • Olive “sfilatini” bread
    Crispy crust and a soft heart. Made with 00 flour, water, yeast, salt and pitted olives. Taste them plain or paired with Bologna mortadella for a savory breakfast or a snack in between meals.
  • Pizza &

    Soft or crispy texture, many toppings and fillings, an authentic taste: pizza and focaccia are iconic products of the Italian cuisine and are always part of our store offering around the world from the early hours of the day. A delicacy for savory breakfast lovers.

  • Pizza parmigiana
    It gathers all the ingredients of the “Parmigiana di melanzane” – eggplant parmigiana. Our version: oven roasted eggplants – not fried – combined with mozzarella, parmesan, tomato and basil.
  • Focaccia
    Crispy focaccia is a must-have of Princi production. We fill it with prosciutto crudo, tomato, songino salad and mozzarella or with mortadella Bologna and burrata. A symphony of tasty flavors.
  • Pizza margherita
    The simplest, the most loved one, for many it’s “the original”. Tomato, buffalo mozzarella, basil and extra-virgin olive oil. The pizza margherita is never missing from Princi stores, no matter the latitude.
  • Pizza capricciosa
    A great classic: tomato, mozzarella, mushrooms, ham, artichokes, olives. At Princi, we add a sprinkle of parsley and plenty of extra-virgin olive oil as a final touch.
  • Pastry

    Brioches, croissants, cakes, traditional desserts. In Princi’s labs, products are handmade with genuine and premium quality ingredients. There’s no limits on creativity: we care to amaze our customers with each new bite.

  • Apple strudel
    Apples, phyllo dough, a light layer of sponge cake, almond cream with a sprinkle of powdered sugar as a final touch. A delicate dessert that it’s even better when enjoyed warm.
  • Plumcakes
    An evergreen of our sweet offering. We make them every day in different flavors: vanilla, lemon, carrot, pistachio. You can find them sliced or served in the smaller 300 gr version to take away.
  • “Fragolata”
    A sweet temptation from breakfast to snack time. Shortbread, pastry cream, sponge cake, strawberries, strawberry jelly and powdered sugar. Simply mouthwatering.
  • “Veneziana” brioches
    The Princi veneziana with a heart of vanilla pastry cream, topped with a layer of shortbread. Soft, delicious and tasty, an ode to the Italian sweet breakfast.
